Writeability: Self-told Stories

  • Kathleen Syme Library, Multipurpose Room 251 Faraday Street Carlton, VIC, 3053 Australia (map)

Historically, disabled people have been talked and written about— their stories have been told by others. This panel features writers who have lived experience of disability reflecting on writing today. Join Artemis Munoz, Hannah Winspear-Schillings, Heidi Everett and Nicole Smith as they discuss Own Voices writing, intersectionality and navigating the literature industry.

This event is presented in partnership with City of Melbourne libraries and Writers Victoria.
